Our coaches value hard work, discipline, and grit, making our players elevate their game to new heights while providing valuable wisdom of the game. We specialize in player development of all ages (4-18). Lituanica has helped several players reach the college and professional level (this means college scholarships for your kid). Stepas Žilys

Stepas runs operations at Lituanica and serves as the coach for our 6th grade green team. He has been coaching basketball for more than 30 years. He’s coached professionally in Lithuania and spent 9 years coaching with Lemont High School. We’ve been lucky enough to have him as our head coach for 25 years. 

His coaching mantra? Play hard, play together, play to win, have fun.

Aurimas Matulevičius

Aurimas has been with Lituanica since 2006. He specializes in mens' and womens' player development of all ages. He is the head coach for our 1st-3rd grade teams and runs operations for our girls' teams.
